FROM THE DESK OF
Clark Valberg
MANAGING PARTNER

In The Truman Show, a hidden control room watched every moment of one man’s life. Zuckerberg is building the reverse: one man with a window into every corner of his organisation.

Mark Zuckerberg is developing a "Second Brain," an AI that retrieves data and surfaces insights normally filtered through layers of VPs and directors. But the stranger development is what's happening beneath him. Meta deployed "My Claw," which lets employees' AI agents talk to each other on an internal board where bots exchange information with bots independently. Before anyone opens Slack in the morning, their AI has already been in conversations about them, their projects, their priorities.

Corporate hierarchy solves an information routing problem: how does one person make decisions across an organization too large to observe? For a century, the answer was middle management. Zuckerberg is testing a different one: let AI traverse the organization without intermediaries. When the CEO's agent negotiates context with an engineer's agent before either human enters the conversation, the meeting that once needed a conference room already happened in a message queue.

"The most disruptive thing about a CEO agent won’t be what it tells the CEO. It’ll be what it tells the CEO that no one wanted him to know.”

Anthropic Turns Claude Into a Full Remote Agent, Rendering Desktop Automation Tools Redundant

Claude can now take over your computer. Inside Cowork and Claude Code, it clicks, browses, types, and executes tasks end-to-end, with zero setup. Pair it with Dispatch, and you assign the task from your phone while Claude handles everything on your desktop. It hits native app integrations first and only reaches for screen control when no direct connector exists, keeping execution precise and fast. Built-in prompt injection scanning and a one-tap stop give users full oversight throughout. Available now for Pro and Max subscribers on macOS.

BUSINESS IMPACT:

RPA & Automation Platforms:
When the AI doing the thinking can also do the clicking, bolt-on automation tools lose their only reason to exist.

Enterprise SaaS Vendors:
No native Claude connector means getting demoted to slow, imprecise screen-scraping. Integration is no longer optional.

Async Productivity Tools:
Dispatch closes the loop between task assignment and completion. Platforms built around that human handoff just lost their core use case.
